- Requires an ARM64 Android device running Android 7.0 (API 24) or later.
- iOS support is currently an MVP and should not be described as full Android parity or a final App Store release.
- Requires network access for the first speech model download.
- Requires about 704 MiB of free storage for model installation.
- Scheduled transcription uses Android background work and is not an exact alarm.
- Speech recognition accuracy is not guaranteed and may vary by audio quality, accent, language, and recording conditions.
License and acknowledgements
Unless otherwise noted, original Voice Inbox source code is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Third-party components and speech-model weights retain their own licenses and are not relicensed as Voice Inbox source code.

Voice Inbox can download the
ONNX/INT8 conversion by istupakov
of the
NVIDIA Parakeet TDT 0.6B v3 base model.

The base model and conversion are provided under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). The weights are downloaded separately at the user's request and are not included in the Voice Inbox source repository or Android and iOS application packages. Voice Inbox does not claim ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement by NVIDIA or the converter.
